Sounds simple in theory, so why do we still have fatalities?
This workshop looks at some case studies on what went wrong, and explores ways that individuals and organisations can prevent things going wrong, as well as what needs to be in place if things do go wrong.
Lessons learnt from high hazard organisations are valuable in helping other businesses develop effective safety management, preventing not only fatalities, but other serious harm to health and safety of persons in the workplace.
